I was searching in 3 states with 5 different agents. All positive reviewers will tell you how responsive their agent was to their needs etc etc. [boring]. It truly amazed me how the other agents lacked basic product knowledge compared to Laurie which I think she excelled at. She also is also confident enough in herself to point out things that other Agents won’t. I should mention here that she pulled my closing together in just under 3 weeks, try that one with your next agent and tell me how that one works out. Agents generally get a bad rap and with 4 of the 5 agents I was using I can understand why, I was fortunate enough to have come across Laurie Marzano who breaks that mold and truly earned every penny of her commission

First of all, I needed to sell a house and Laurie partnered in helping to get a full price offer in just under 24 hours! She then helped me find a rental home which was perfect for my family at the time. We then found a home we wanted to buy and settle into. She helped negotiate for me once again, as the buyer this time. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of Laurie as my real estate agent and will definitely recommend her to others!

Selling a house can be extremely stressful. Laurie helped relieve many of our most stressful issues from finding us reliable contractors who were reasonably priced, to guiding us through due-diligence issues. Our house sold in 6 days and part of the reason for that, was because of Laurie’s great advice on “getting the house ready” before it ever even hit the market. So even though our house was under contract quickly, Laurie’s real work was just starting.

We had a good solid offer on the house, but that didn’t mean we would get to the closing table without a lot of work on Laurie’s part. She made sure that any issues that came up were dealt with in a sensible and reasonable way and when we wanted to pull-out of the deal due to repair issues, she found a way to make the house deal work for both the buyer and us. We couldn’t respect, admire and frankly love her more! She did a great job and I would never hire any other real-estate agent.

Laurie was awesome to work with. She helped me through the whole experience. I was in a time crunch and she did everything in such a timely manner. From setting up viewings, to writing an offer, to guiding me through the loan process and the closing. She took so much stress off of me and was such a tremous help. I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed.

Sold our home in June 2016. She helped us stage the home and had a designer at her own expense help with the process. She was easily available by cell for any questions or concerns. The closing process was very smooth thanks to the efforts of Pam the closing coordinator. We closed from out of town and had zero problems with the closing.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Laurie Marzano. I was in market to buy a home and Laurie was an acquaintance of mine at the start and now I consider her family. It took me 6 months of looking at various homes all over the area (and some not so much in the area) and not once did I feel like Laurie ever pushed or pressured me into any home. She wanted to find what worked best for me, always had my best interest in mind and was honest. Shes definitely the one you want on your side.
